Pala, Silenzi Bianco 2024

Pala’s roots go deep into the land of Sardinia. Salvatore Pala established the estate in 1950; since 1995 his son Mario has transformed both winery and vineyards into a modern-day reference point for Sardinian wine. Pala capture this diversity, offering wines of modern purity with genuine Sardinian style. Silenzi Bianco 2024 is a cracking, summery white wine made from Vermentino. An intense nose of green apple, blossom, pear and lemon leads to a bright palate with more pronounced fruity notes, a clean acidity and long finish. The perfect wine to pair with shellfish.
